Quality Assurance Training for Animal Science 4-H Leaders

Saturday, January 29
9:00 am -12:00 noon
At the Potter County Cooperative Extension Office

All animal science youth are required to participate in Quality Assurance training regarding three specific “Good Production Practices” annually as of July 1, 2010. To help 4-H educators and 4-H volunteers to prepare for this policy change regarding 4-H animal science youth, the Quality Management for Youth Animal Science NWG is offering this training for educators and 4-H volunteers. If you would like to be able to do the Quality Assurance training as part of your 4-H club meetings, you must attend this training.

Please RSVP your attendance to Shelia or Amy at 814-274-8540 or srg22@psu.edu or adb8@psu.edu by Jan. 27th.

The Cooperative Extension Office in Potter County is located at 24 Maple View Lane, off of Route 872. If you are using mapquest, type in 24 Buffalo Street. From downtown Coudersport, take Route 6 East and before the hospital you will see Route 872 toward Austin, turn right. Go about 2/10 of a mile and you will see the signs on the right. We are the first brick building, parking is in the back.
